Crizalk Crizotinib 250mg Capsules is a targeted therapy used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with mutations in the anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene or ROS1 gene. It works by inhibiting the ALK and ROS1 proteins, thereby slowing or stopping cancer cell growth and spread.
Dosage and Administration
- Take orally with or without food, as directed by your healthcare provider.
- The usual dosage is twice daily at the same time each day.
- Swallow the capsule whole; do not crush, chew, or open it.
- Avoid consuming grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as it may interfere with drug metabolism.
