Sofosbuvir 400mg and Ledipasvir 90mg

ledifos Generic Harvoni recently launched in India.
On October 10, 2014, the fixed-dose combination ledipasvir-sofosbuvir (Harvoni) was approved by the FDA for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C genotype 1 infection in adults. On November 12, 2015 the FDA expanded the approval of ledipasvir-sofosbuvir to include (a) treatment of chronic hepatitis C genotypes 4, 5, and 6 and (b) patients coinfected with HIV.
Ledifos generic Harvoni (Ledipasvir 90 mg/sofosbuvir 400 mg) are film coated tablets each contain 400mg sofosbuvir and 90mg Ledipasvir.
Both drugs in Ledifos generic Harvoni interfere with the enzymes needed by HCV to multiply. Sofosbuvir is a previously approved HCV drug marketed under the brand name Sovaldi. Ledifos generic Harvoni also contains a new drug called ledipasvir
